Terms of Use – English via Mind Maps

These Terms of Use regulate two different license options available on this sales page: a license for an individual user and a group/institutional license.

OPTION 1: INDIVIDUAL USER LICENSE

1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") regulate the relationship between Aleksandar Radojičić (the "Licensor", "we", "us") and the individual purchasing access to the Course (the "User", "you"). By purchasing access to the Course, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant
2.1. The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal access to the video course "English via Mind Maps" (the "Course").
2.2. The license is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. Financial Terms and Platform
3.1. The full fee for the one-year license is 117.00 USD (one hundred seventeen US Dollars), payable in full in advance via the Gumroad.com platform.
3.2. The Course is hosted and delivered exclusively through theGumroad.com platform. All additional Terms of Use of this platform apply to the purchase.
3.3. Refund Policy: All payments are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, a refund of funds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. Access to the Course is personal and linked to the purchaser's account. The User agrees:
* Not to share, sell, assign, or otherwise provide access to the Course to third parties.
* Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Course.
4.2. Any violation of these obligations constitutes a material breach of the Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Course content (videos, mind maps, text, graphic material, structure) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights that are the exclusive property of Aleksandar Radojičić.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Course is provided "as is". The Licensor makes no express or implied warranties regarding the results of its use.
6.2. The Licensor's total liability to the User shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount the User has actually paid for the license.

7. Termination
7.1. The access right automatically terminates after the expiration of the one-year license period.
7.2. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately and unilaterally and disable access if the User breaches any of these Terms, without any obligation for compensation of any kind.

OPTION 2: GROUP/INSTITUTIONAL LICENSE

1. Parties and Application
These terms regulate a group license between Aleksandar Radojičić (the "Licensor") and the purchasing company, school, university, or other institution (the "Institution"). The license is intended for training the Institution's employees or students.

2. License Grant and Scope
2.1. The Licensor grants the Institution a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for access to the Course. The Institution must select one of the following tiers at the time of purchase:
* Tier A: License for up to two hundred fifty (250) users ("Institution's Users").
* Tier B: License for up to five hundred (500) users ("Institution's Users").
2.2. The license is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. Financial Terms and Access
3.1. The full fee for the one-year group license is as follows, according to the selected tier:
* Tier A (250 Users): 2,500.00 USD (two thousand five hundred US Dollars).
* Tier B (500 Users): 5,000.00 USD (five thousand US Dollars).
3.2. The fee is payable in full in advance via the Gumroad.com platform.
3.3. Upon confirmed purchase, the Licensor will deliver a unique 100% discount code (the "Institutional Code") to the Institution. The Institution is responsible for distributing this code to its specified number of Users, who will use it to activate their personal, one-year access to the Course.
3.4. Refund Policy: All payments are final. A refund of funds will not be issued.

4. Institution's Obligations
4.1. The Institution is responsible for managing and maintaining the confidentiality of the Institutional Code. Access must not be shared beyond the stipulated number of users for the purchased tier.
4.2. The Institution agrees to inform its Users that their access is personal and that the restrictions from Clause 4 of Option 1 (prohibition of account sharing, content copying, etc.) apply.

5. Intellectual Property and Liability
5.1. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Licensor, as stated in Clause 5 of Option 1.
5.2. The limitation of liability provisions from Clause 6 of Option 1 apply to this License as well.
5.3. The Licensor may terminate the license for the entire Institution in case of a material breach of these terms by any of the Institution's Users.

GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR BOTH OPTIONS

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia. The Agreement is interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Pay" on the Gumroad.com platform, the User (for Option 1) or the authorized representative of the Institution (for Option 2) confirms that they have read, understood, and unreservedly accept all provisions of these Terms of Use.
